Your accounts stay yours
We build on your Google Workspace, phone line, Stripe and field software. You own every account; we work through access you grant and can take away.

Texting takes registration
Carriers must approve texting from your business number before any text goes out. Carrier review typically takes 10-15 days, sometimes longer. Email versions run in the meantime. Registration is in your business's name, and carrier fees are passed through to you at cost.
What we commit to on every build
These are written into the scope:
- No automated message goes to your customers until you approve its wording.
- We keep a record of automated sends for your build.
- Before go-live we agree with you how sends get paused, and you can ask us to pause them at any time.
Texting your customers
Texts go only to customers your shop is allowed to text. We set up STOP/opt-out handling and agree with you which messages go to whom; your shop keeps its customers' consent records. Rules for texting (consent, quiet hours) and for call recording or voicemail transcription vary by state, so we check them before any texting goes live.
Reviews
When we set up review requests, the automation asks every customer. It never screens anyone out.
Access, support and leaving
We ask for the narrowest access each build needs, through accounts you own, and remove our access when we're done; automations are handed over or removed as agreed.
