What we need from you
- Domain registrar login (or a delegated user)
- Current host or site-builder login
- Email admin access (Google Workspace or Microsoft 365) to check records
- A list of everything that uses your domain (email, forms, booking, marketing tools)
- One person who picks the switch-over window
How we protect your email
We export every domain record and check your email records before and after the switch, and schedule it for a quiet time. A missed record can interrupt website or email, which is why we check.
