Pick the problem. We build the fix on the tools you already use (Google Workspace, your phone system, or your field software). We don't rip out your CRM or rebuild your estimating, invoicing or scheduling. We confirm what your tools support during scoping; we haven't yet built on every field-software product.

About texting
Text messages start after your business number is registered with the carriers. Carrier review typically takes 10-15 days, sometimes longer. Until then, this runs by email. Texts go only to customers your shop is allowed to text, and STOP replies are honored. How texting works
A. Missed calls and new leads
Available to build
Missed-Call Alert by Email
When a call is missed, the caller's number and voicemail (with a transcript if your phone system supports it) are emailed to the office, with a callback task.
Who it's for
Shops where calls ring out while everyone is on a job. Your phone system must support voicemail-to-email.
Missed calls are forwarded as you set; once texting is registered, the caller gets a text back from your business number. Until then, it can run as the Missed-Call Alert by Email (also available).
Who it's for
Shops that want callers answered by text, from their own number.

A new lead from your website form or email gets an instant email reply, and the office gets an alert. A text reply can be added after carrier registration.

Each inbound call is logged with a short checklist (new or returning, contact, trade, call type). Calls that aren't bookings go to a callback queue with a set callback time. Bookings go into your own slot lengths.
Who it's for
Shops with a receptionist or office person answering calls.
After an estimate visit: status logged the same day, a reminder to the customer 24 hours later (email for the pilot; wording you approve), a required call by the estimator that gets logged, a recheck at 72 hours, a 14-day check-back for “not yet” customers, and an alert to the owner when follow-ups are missed. Each estimate ends as Still Pursuing or Lost. Runs on Google Workspace, or on your field software if it supports it (we check this with you up front).
Who it's for
Shops that do in-person estimates and lose track of them.
We're taking on a pilot with one trades shop to build this with you on your accounts. It's a pilot: we'll measure it together, and we won't claim results until it has run.
After the job, the automation asks every customer for a review (by call, or by text once carrier registration is done; email in the meantime). It never screens anyone out.
Who it's for
Shops that forget to ask for reviews.

Before an agreement renews or a service is due, the customer gets a book-your-service email and the office gets a call task. A text version can be added after carrier registration.

A scheduled check-in message to your past customers. Channel set with you (email, or text after carrier registration).

When the tech marks en route, the customer gets a text with the tech's name and arrival estimate. Text only, so it starts after carrier registration (10-15 days, sometimes longer). There is no email version.
Who it's for
Shops whose software doesn't already send these.

After an estimate is accepted, the job is flagged “not ready to schedule” until the deposit and signed acceptance are in (how it shows up depends on your scheduling tool; we check this with you up front). Each pre-job requirement your trade needs (for example locate request, permit, materials) is tracked from Submitted to Good to Go, with set deadlines.
Who it's for
Shops where jobs get scheduled before permits, parts or deposits are ready.
When parts are marked needed on an accepted job, a parts request (list, job, needed-by date) goes to the office for approval before anything is sent to a supplier, and is logged on the job.
Customers pay through a Stripe payment link; payment can open an intake form, with uploaded photos filed to Google Drive for staff to review. Needs your website on hosting we manage (see Website Move).
Who it's for
Shops that take deposits or prepayments and then need job details from the customer.
Where it runs today
We run Stripe payment links at Elite Properties. The intake form isn't running yet.
Built for our own rentals; we adapt it to your tools.
After an estimate is accepted, the job is flagged “hold: no deposit” until the office confirms the deposit (how it shows up depends on your scheduling tool; we check this with you up front).
Invoices sent on terms are listed by status (sent, due, overdue), and the office is flagged on overdue ones. Reads from QuickBooks or your field software (we check access with you up front).
Bills that arrive by email are found and filed to the right Google Drive folder, and missing ones are flagged. It doesn't log in to vendor portals or collect every bill.
