We're taking on a pilot: one trades shop, one workflow (Estimate Follow-Up), built with you on your own accounts. Because it's a pilot, we won't claim any results until it has run and been measured.
Who it fits
Service shops (roughly 1-20 people) that do in-person estimates, use Google Workspace or field software, and have someone who can make and log follow-up calls.
What you'd do
- Give access to the accounts it runs on.
- Approve the reminder wording.
- Have the estimator log calls.
- Meet with us to review how it's going.
What we'd do
- Build it.
- Log every send and escalation.
- Keep a stop switch.
- Review together what worked and what didn't.
